Mr. Fish, known as Mopeys the Fish because of his eternal gloom, lives in an underwater world where each day is much like the last. But when his home is destroyed, a seahorse named Peepa convinces him to embark on a quest to find the mythical Wishy Fish, who grants wishes. Along with other sea creatures, Mopeys sets off on a perilous adventure, for Wishy Fish can grant only one wish in many years. Who will reach the goal first and make their dream come true?
